The use of the Vertigo / Multiturret Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
When placing an order or registering on multiturret.com you agree to allow us to add your contact details to our database. From time to time, we may contact you about new products or special offers. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by contacting our Customer Service or clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails.
Usernames and Passwords
If Multiturret authorises you to register for online shopping, you must keep your username and password confidential and not share it with anyone else. You cannot permit anyone else to use that username or password either for their own use or on your behalf.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Multiturret reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may also supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable payment method as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Delivery
We will work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one to two business days of the order being placed. Shipping time frames are outlined on our Shipping Information page. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can all delay the shipment of your order.
The delivery times provided by Multiturret.com are estimates only. Multiturret.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Multiturret.com cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Address Confirmation is given on the review page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
Non Receipt Of Items
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly.
Return Policy
Vertigo M1 and M2 models are covered under a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Vertigo S1 and E1 models are covered under a 5-day trial period.
If you’d like to return your Vertigo product within the guarantee/ trial period, please first contact us by email. Any returned items must be in an a re-salable condition or a reasonable re-stocking/ re-conditioning fee will be applied. All customs and shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Disclaimer
We strive to ensure the accuracy of our website, but sometimes errors occur for which we apologize. Reproduction of colors is as accurate as photographic processes allow, but product colors in-store may vary slightly from what is displayed on your computer monitor and may vary from monitor to monitor. Although listed on the website, some items, sizes, colors, and styles might not be immediately available or temporarily or permanently out of stock.
Shipping Information
We understand that when it comes to making a purchase, customers want their items as soon as possible. To provide timely delivery of goods, we have outlined our shipping information below.
Order Processing Time
All orders must be processed before they can be shipped out. Our current order processing time is 2-4 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that this does not include transit time.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can update it before processing.
Shipping Times
The time of arrival for your shipment varies based on the destination and may be delayed due to customs procedures. If it’s being shipped to a remote area, it may take longer to arrive.

Customs & duty
Please note that customs fees and import taxes may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be held liable for any additional charges incurred. It is important that you check with your local authorities before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs upon receiving your package.
Tracking your order
Thank you for your MultiTurret order! Information on the status of your order will be available to you within the dispatch confirmation email.
In the email, you will also be provided with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on where your order is.
If you have not received confirmation emails, please check your spam folders and filters.

YOU, AS THE PURCHASER, HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE CONSIDERATION WHICH YOU PAID TO STORM FILMS INC. DOING BUSINESS AS MULTITURRET (REFERRED TO HEREIN AS “MULTITURRET”) DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CONSIDERATION BY MULTITURRET OF THE RISK OF CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, VERTIGO OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THEREUNDER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LENS TURRETS, TURRET ACCESSORIES (THE “PRODUCTS”) ON YOUR PROPERTY AND/OR EQUIPMENT.
THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON, GROUP, OR ENTITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND CONFORMITY OR MODELS OR SAMPLES IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCTS. THUS, MULTITURRET (AND, IF APPLICABLE ITS RESELLER) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, SUITS BY THIRD PARTIES, OR COST OF COVER INCURRED BY YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCTS OR THE SERVICES OF MULTITURRET, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, EVEN IF SIMMOD (OR, IF APPLICABLE, RESELLER) KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND, AS SUCH, YOU HEREBY RELEASE MULTITURRET FROM ANY AND ALL SUCH LIABILITIES. WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE BUYER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT MULTITURRET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER TO YOUR PROPERTY AND/OR EQUIPMENT ON WHICH THE PRODUCTS ARE USED. YOU SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR PROPERTY AND/OR EQUIPMENT AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS THEREON AND YOU HEREBY ASSUME ALL RISK IN RELATION THERETO. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY USE OF THE PRODUCTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PROPERTY AND/OR EQUIPMENT SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH HEREIN ARE INTENDED TO LIMIT THE LIABILITY OF MULTITURRET (AND, IF APPLICABLE, ITS RESELLER) AND SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. THIS DISCLAIMER/WARRANTY STATEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA AND THE FEDERAL LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE THEREIN, EXCLUSIVE OF ANY CONFLICT OF LAWS PRINCIPLES. THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS SHALL NOT APPLY.
